Cafe Garni serves the most delicious cupcakes around the Toronto area. I’ve had chances to stop by them to try out their signature cup cakes and I tell you, their chef is amazing.
The environment and hygene at Garni is what forces me to keep going back or order cakes from them. Not your basic dessert place in Richmond.
